                 Techsmart home service agreement:

· Perform quarterly preventative maintenance on up to 2  of your home systems to diagnose and prevent major problems in the future.

· Repair software problems in the Windows environment

· Secure your wireless network

· Backup any data on your system or restore data from previous backups

· Setup your ADSL or Broadband connection and wireless router and optimize all Internet connections to operate at maximum speed and reliability

· Help to protect your computer or network from accidental or unwanted system changes

· Plus you also will get two onsite service calls free! (One hour limit for any diagnostic problem on you system.)

· Techsmart Home service is based on a 12 month agreement with wootecpc computer service. All services are performed in your home and will be scheduled based on date of agreement. Except for the two onsite visits, an appointment must be made 24 hour in advance.

                          Techsmart business service agreement:

· Perform monthly preventative maintenance on up to 5 of your systems ,to diagnose and prevent major problems in the future.

· Repair damage caused by viruses and spyware

· Repair software problems in the Windows environment

· Secure your wireless network

· Backup any data on your system or restore data from previous backups

· Setup and configure new computer systems and hardware and customize them to suit your specific needs

· Setup your ADSL or Broadband  connections and wireless router and optimize all internet connections to operate at maximum speed and reliability

· Share your internet connection with other computers in your office

· Help to protect your computer or network from accidental or unwanted system changes

* Plus your business will get four onsite service calls free! (A ONE HOUR LIMIT FOR any DIAGNOSTIC PROBLEMS ONLY.)
